Cuvier Park (The Wedding Bowl)
Cuvier Park, also known as The Wedding Bowl, is located on the Pacific Ocean at Cuvier Street and Coast Blvd. This popular wedding site is a small, grassy area that offers a spectacular view of the coast, with the ocean as a backdrop. It has a stairway and a long beautiful walkway to accommodate the bride for a beautiful entrance to the ceremony. It is located below street level and is hard to see from the street so scout out the location ahead of time. It is available for weddings only, no receptions. This wedding location is such a favorite that you must put your name in a lottery a year in advance for some popular summer weekends.

Seagrove Park has open grassy areas, along with pine trees, red-brick pathways, and wooden park benches. This is a popular spot for weddings and gatherings. Seagrove Park is also a great place to picnic, particularly on the lawn at the parks edge, overlooking the ocean.
Seagrove Park sits on the edge of a bluff at the end of 15th Street, which overlooks Del Mar City Beach. It’s not uncommon for dolphins to appear beyond the shore break at Seagrove Park. The reef makes beach a popular spot for surfers.

Powerhouse Park offers a relaxed, romantic atmosphere. During summer, concert goers gather at the park to enjoy the Del Mar Twilight Summer Concert. Just north of the park are Jakes Del Mar, and the Poseidon Restaurant, two popular beachfront restaurants, and the Del Mar Motel.
